- Go to Maintenance > Questionnaire (if you have access to Billing, Interpreter Review, Payroll or Rates & Rules click on one of those menu options)
- Click on the Home icon then select Communication History – Security permissions are required, refer to Communication History Permission
- In the Area dropdown, select which area of the application the Communication was sent from
- In the Medium Type dropdown, select whether an SMS or Email was sent
- Change the Send Date From/To fields to the period you want to search
- In the Status dropdown, select whether you want to search for failed or successful communications – this will be set to Fail by default
- If a message was able to be sent, the reason why will display in the Error message column
- If you only want to see communications sent by a particular user, enter the details in From User ID – depending on the Area, this may be the username, User ID or email address
- Click Search Sent Notifications - Search results can be exported but message details aren’t exported
- Double click on an item to view the Message message details – The message will be displayed in HTML format
