  1. Go to Maintenance > Questionnaire
  2. Click on the Home icon then select Communication History – Portal > Communications History permissions are required to access this area, refer to Communication History Permission
  3. In the Area dropdown, select which area of the application the Communication was sent from
  4. In the Medium Type dropdown, select whether an SMS or Email was sent
  5. Change the Send Date From/To fields to the period you want to search
  6. In the Status dropdown, select whether you want to search for failed or successful communications – this will be set to Fail by default
    • If a message was able to be sent, the reason why will display in the Error message column
  7. If you only want to see communications sent by a particular user, enter the details in From User ID – depending on the Area, this may be the username, User ID or email address
  8. Click Search Sent Notifications - Search results can be exported but message details aren’t exported
  9. Double click on an item to view the Message details – The message will be displayed in HTML format
