On clicking the link within the email message a login screen opens to prompt the payee for their Candidate Portal password. When the user keys in a valid password, their payslip is displayed and the payee can choose to download/save or print it.
Benefits
This enhancement allows payees to be notified by email when their payslips are available while providing a secure means by which to download the payslips without having to navigate to the Candidate Portal.
Configuration
The ability to email a secure link to download payslips is enabled on a per-country basis via the Pay Document Delivery Type field under Maintenance > Hierarchy > Country > Middle/Back Office Country Settings > Pay Setting. To enable the emailing of a secure link, the option in the Document Delivery Type field must be set to URL Link, as highlighted in the example below.
