It is possible to create new questionnaire pages by copying existing pages rather than creating new questionnaire pages from scratch each time a new questionnaire page is required.

For example, if the questionnaire page that applies to a specific job position is the same or similar for each country, the questionnaire page for that job position need only be created once and can be copied to the Position category for each country. Each new page can then be modified to suit specific requirements.

Pages can be copied within categories, across categories for the same country or across countries.

When a page is created by copying an existing page, the new page inherits all of the attributes and page content of the existing page except the external references, which must be set manually on the new page. The exception to this is for pages copied to the Country category, in which case the relevant external reference is set automatically.

The displays code and name of the new page default to that of the original page but are prefixed with the tag Copy Of Page (for example: C opy Copy of Page 335).

Any of the attributes or page contents inherited from the original page can be edited to suit the requirements of the new page.
