New Timesheet Tab

Within this item, the workflow steps include:

Step 1. Initiator

  • Initiator - define the keyer / submitter of the Timesheet.

  • Instant Notifications - select the notifications that will apply where a timesheet has been rejected and approved.

  • Schedule Notifications - select the notification that will apply where the initiator requires a reminder.

Step 2. Approval Levels

  • Create up to 4 levels of approval required for a timesheet. For example where two people need to approve the timesheet.

  • Notifications are selected to run where a timesheet has been submitted or recalled and a reminder notification can also be applied.

Step 3. Escalation

  • An Escalation Contact and Notification is selected where timesheet approvals do not occur within an appropriate time frame.

Adjustment Timesheet Tab

Adjustment timesheets are driven based on the agency (internal user applied as an initiator) triggering a change. The Client can be involved in the approval process, however this is optional. Within this item the workflow steps include:

Step 1. Initiator

  • Initiator Settings - select who will initiate adjustment timesheets.

  • Instant Notifications - select the notifications that are run where an adjustment has been rejected and approved.

Step 2. Approval Levels

  • Create up to 4 levels of approval required for an adjustment. For example where two people need to approve the adjustment. Notifications are selected to run where an adjustment has been submitted or recalled and a reminder notification can also be applied.
