You can edit any attributes on an existing WorkCover code record if the WorkCover code is yet to be used in a pay batch. Once a WorkCover code has been used in a pay batch, you cannot edit the following attributes:
WorkCover state WorkCover code industry
skill groups
start date and rate of the current or any prior rate period end date of any prior rate period.
Regardless of whether a WorkCover code has been used in a pay batch, you can add new rate periods and rates to the code whenever necessary. For more information, see How to Add New Rates below.
How to Edit an Existing WorkCover Code |
