Standard rate items can be added to an effective rate period if a timesheet with a week ending date that falls on or after the start date of the effective rate period has not already been approved.
To edit the Standard Rates on a job:

Open the Job Order and navigate to the Rates section. |

In 'List Rate Set Dates' date field, select the dates applicable to the rate set that needs to be edited. |

Select Edit Rate Set. |

Update the items required. If a new rate is required, select Add Item and repeat steps 4 and 5 described in Add Standard Rates. |

When all changes have been completed, select Save. |
