If your FastTrack360 user is setup for TOTP Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), when you first log into FastTrack360 you are prompted to setup MFA and a QR Code will be displayed. Once setup is complete, the QR code will no longer be displayed when logging in.
Where you need to setup TOTP MFA again, due to either:
- Adding it to a new/second device; or
- The initial code generator has been deleted from your device; or
- You've changed the email address in your FastTrack360 profile
you will need to log into FastTrack360 to access your unique QR Code.
Below are the steps required to access your unique QR Code.
Instructions
1. Log into FastTrack360 using the code from the code generator initially setup or answer the security question (if available)
If you can't access your MFA Code and the security question isn't available, an Agency User with permissions to your user record will need to generate a MFA code for you. Refer to Unable to Login: not able to access Multi-Factor Authentication code
2. Click on User > Select Profile
3. In the Multi-Factor Authentication section:
- Click View QR
- Enter your Password used to log into FastTrack360 > Click OK
Your unique QR Code will appear - it will be displayed for a short period of time
4. Scan the code using the Authenticator App/plug-in on the device you want it added to
If you've setup TOTP MFA for the same user on multiple devices, the codes generated will be the same on all devices.
