Problem

Save tab is disabled when user adds a new Candidate or Client record in FastTrack, or edits an existing one. This is likely due to Chrome auto settings and to confirm this is the case, user needs to go to Portal User section of record. If logged in Agency User's login details have populated fields in Portal User section, then Chrome auto settings need to be changed.

Solution

Follow below steps to change Chrome browser settings. 

  1. Click on Chrome Settings tab

  2. The Search Settings window will display
  3. In Autofill section, click on Passwords
  4. In Saved Passwords section, if your FT Login details display as per below


5. Click on the More actions tab with 3 dots next to 'eye' icon



6. And select Remove

7. Log out of Chrome browser fully, then log back on to FastTrack.   At the Login screen, user details should  no longer auto populate.

8.Open a Candidate or Client record and edit - Save tab should no longer be disabled, either when adding a new record or editing an existing one.
