Description
Currently when delivering by Email, when selecting contacts from the Delivery Contact’s list in Billing > Debtor > Invoice Details where the Delivery Method for ‘Email’ has been selected, you can see the Contacts, but there are no other details. To help improve the selection process, we have appended the Contact’s email address.
Users will now see the Contact’s Name and email address next to their name.
Benefits
For some Agencies this information will save time when selecting Delivery Contacts, rather than having to open the Contact record in Recruitment Manager to view email information.
Configuration
There are no changes to the existing configuration process when adding Delivery Contacts to Invoice Details where invoices are to be delivered by email.
