Description
A new search criteria field has been added to the existing Accrued Leave Balance report, which is available under Agency Portal > Leave > Reports, to allow the results that are to be shown on the report to be limited based on specific pay batches in which leave accruals occurred. The new search criteria field is labelled Pay Batch Number/s and it allows you to key in a single pay batch number or multiple pay batch numbers separated by a comma.
The new Pay Batch Number/s field is highlighted in the example below.
Benefits
This enhancement provides more flexibility for reporting on payees' leave accruals. For example, if you want to report on leave that was accrued during a specific period only, you can now filter the results that are to be shown on the report to include only those leave accruals that occurred in pay batches that were processed within the corresponding period.
