You can find existing employee benefits scheme administrator records via the Payroll > Maintenance > Employee Benefits > Scheme Administrators > Employee Benefits Scheme Administrators Maintenance screen. Once you find an existing scheme administrator record, you can do the following:
open the record for viewing or editing in the Employee Benefits Scheme Administrators Entry screen
delete the record if it is unused and is not required.
To find an employee benefits scheme administrator record, follow the procedure below.
1. | Navigate to Payroll > Maintenance > Employee Benefits > Scheme Administrators. The Scheme Administrator Maintenance screen opens. | |
2. | If you want to find a scheme administrator by name, key in the name of the administrator in the Name field. Leading and trailing wildcards (%) can be used for partial matching on the name. For example, %m finds all names ending in the letter m while m% finds all names beginning with the letter m. | |
3. | If you want to find a scheme administrator with a specific Australian Business Number, key in the relevant number in the Administrators ABN field. | |
4. | If you want to find a scheme administrator that administers a specific type of employee benefit, select the relevant benefit in the Benefit Type field. | |
5. | Click Search. The scheme administrators that match your search criteria are listed on the screen. |
You can open any scheme administrator record that is listed on the screen after you perform a search for viewing and editing in the Employee Benefit Scheme Administrator Entry screen by clicking the view / edit button next to the relevant scheme administrator record in the list.
