You can search for open, closed and cancelled SuperStream batches via the Portal > Pay > Pay Process > SuperStream screen.
Once you find and list one or more SuperStream batches, you can perform the following actions depending on the status of the batch:
cancel an open batch
download the contribution file for a closed batch
open and view the SuperStream Batch Report for an open or closed batch
continue processing an open batch.
To find an existing SuperStream batch, follow the procedure below.
How to Find an Existing SuperStream Batch | |
Go to Portal > Pay > Pay Process > SuperStream. | |
In the Search section of the screen, key in or select as much information as you know about the batch you want to find. Batch Number Filters the list of SuperStream batches by the batch number that uniquely identifies a specific batch. Batch Date Filters the list of SuperStream batches by the date on which a batch was created. To select a batch date, click and use the calendar control to select the relevant date.  Service Provider Filters the list of SuperStream batches by the SuperStream service provider linked to the batch. This field defaults to Any, thereby allowing you to search for batches regardless of the applicable service provider. To find only those batches that are linked to a specific service provider, select the name of the relevant service provider in this field. Pay Company Filters the list of SuperStream batches by the pay company to which the batch belongs. This field defaults to Any, thereby allowing you to search for batches regardless of the pay company to which they correspond. To find only those batches that are linked to a specific pay company, select the name of the relevant pay company in this field. Fund Name Filters the list of SuperStream batches by a superannuation fund that was included in the batch. This field defaults to Any, thereby allowing you to search for batches that included any superannuation funds. To find only those batches that included a specific fund, select the relevant fund name in this field. Contribution Payment Period Filters the list of SuperStream batches by the contribution payment period for which a batch was created. This field is unavailable unless the name of a superannuation fund is selected in the Fund Name field, in which case this field lists all valid contribution payment periods for the selected fund. To find only those batches that were created for a specific contribution payment period, select the relevant contribution payment period in this field. Batch Status Filters the list of SuperStream batches by the current status of a batch. This field defaults to Any, thereby allowing you to search for batches regardless of their status. To find only those batches that have a specific status, select the relevant status in this field. | |
Click Search SuperStream Batch .  A list of existing SuperStream batches that match your search criteria are listed in the results list grid on the screen. | |
