In Time and Attendance timesheets are categorised based on their status or type. You can access the timesheets in each category by clicking on the relevant category in the toolbar in the the top left-hand corner of the Time and Attendance workspace, as shown in the example below.
Notice that for each category, the toolbar displays the timesheet count for the number of timesheets that:
are currently in each category (categories are described below);
that the user is a timesheet participant for;
that meet the default search criteria, ie the Default Week Ending To, Weeks In Advance set in Maintenance > Time & attendance > General.
