To advertise (post) a Job:

Open the Job Order record via the Client or a Search and navigate to the Advertising section. |

Enter an Advertising Description if this has not been completed. |

Select Advertise Job. |

Where a questionnaire is required, use the horizontal arrows to move pages required from the Optional Pages section to the Application Questionnaire section. |

Within the Application Questionnaire section, use the vertical arrows to move the pages into the required order. |

To return the settings to default and remove any optional pages applied, select Reset. |

7 |
Select Preview to view the applied questionnaire. |

8 |
To post the job on-line, select Post. |
