In the Reports Module, a FT Standard Report folder is available containing a number of standard 'out of the box' reports. These reports have been created as a result of similar report requests from Agencies over the years. If a standard report does not quite meet your requirements,

you can use the Copy action to export the report and import into your report folders.  Here you will be able to make the changes required to suit your needs.

Report Updates (September 2020)

All FT Standard Reports have now been updated to apply a user’s Data Group Permissions.  This means that you will only see results for the Data Groups you have permissions for. Click here for more information on applying Data Groups to Custom Reports.

The FT Standard Reports have also been updated to include Hot Links where applicable.  Hot Links allow you to click on a field and have that record opened in a new tab.  If you hover over a field you will see a pop up to indicate where a Hot Link is configured.  Click here for more information on adding Hot Links to Custom Reports.

New Reports

JobKeeper Reference Period Hours Report

This report has been created to assist in identifying Payees who may be eligible for Job Keeper Payment and to establish if they meet the threshold for the tier 1 payment.

Document Data Storage Report

This report has been created to provide an understanding of your estimated document data storage usage. The report is not intended to give you a complete understanding of your overall Data Storage, as it is focused on the estimated size of the documents stored within your system and the areas of your system with the highest usage. This supports with the auditing of what you have attached including file size and type. This assists in managing system usage to ensure policies are followed around file management and storage.

Job Order Wage Cost Report (NZ)

Report list all NZ Job Orders and the Wage Costs attributed against them.    This data can be useful in identifying Job Orders that may have set up incorrectly.

Shift Break (Fatigue) Report

Report assists in identifying shift that are worked with less than a user defined shift break.  This is useful in identifying and potential fatigue issues and ensuring legislative compliance.  Report also identifies any overlapping shifts.

Pay Code by Pay Batch Report

This report will total Pay Codes paid in a pay batch by Candidate and pay rate.  The report allows for a user to run report by Pay Batch range or Payment Date to get an understanding of all pay codes being paid.  The report is Grouped by Country and Pay Code.

Invoice Export Report

Report has been designed to allow for the extraction of Invoice data for use in internal reporting needs.  The report is a flat file extract of relevant invoice information.  This will be particularly useful in creating external client invoicing information.
