Create and manage a list of links to web items so you can quickly access sites that are frequently required.  

  • Links can be created by the business, where commonly used websites are required by the majority of users, these items are displayed in a Global Links list.

  • Links can also be created by individual users where additional items are required, these items are available in a ‘My Links’ list.

  • Links are available via the ‘Favourites & Links’ item at the top of the screen.  Select the ‘Links' tab to see the list, which is grouped by 'My Links' and 'Global Links'.

Navigate to the top of the Recruitment Manager screen and select Favourites & Links.

The Favourites & Links pop up screen displays.

Select the Links tab.

The Links list is displayed, grouped by 'My Links' and 'Global Links'. 

Right Click on My Links and select Add Links.

The Add Links screen displays.

 

Enter the URL and the name that will display in the list for the link.

Select Save.

The link is added to your 'My Links' list.  To open the website in a new browser, select the link required from the list.

If the URL is not valid a message is displayed and the item cannot be saved.

Navigate to the top of the Recruitment Manager screen and select Favourites & Links.

The Favourites & Links pop up screen displays.

Select the Links tab.

The Links list is displayed, grouped by 'My Links' and 'Global Links'. 

Right Click on My Links and select Remove to remove the link or Edit Links to edit the link.

The Remove action removes the link from the list.

Edit Links displays the Edit screen, where changes can be applied and saved.
