Prior to clearing your cache, make sure there is only one browser window open and you are logged out of FastTrack 360.

To clear the browser cache in Google Chrome:

Prior to clearing your cache, make sure there is only one browser window open and you are logged out of FastTrack 360.

Select the Chrome menu button on the browser toolbar.

A new browser tab opens displaying Chrome Settings

In the search field type in 'cache'.

The Privacy and Security items display.

Click on Clear browsing data

The Clear browsing data pop up displays.

Tick 'Cookies and other site data' + 'Cached images and files' and click on the Clear data action.

The browsing data is cleared.
