Problem

Custom Fields is not showing in the Quick Access menu or as a section in a record, ie Job Order or Candidate. For Custom Fields to show, the section order for that record type will need to be reset. 

Below are the steps required to reset the section order.

Solution

  1. Open the relevant record type, ie Job Order
  2. Click Manage Sections
  3. Re-order the sections - this is optional
  4. Click Apply - if the Custom Field section still doesn't show, press F5 to refresh the page
  5. Repeat for any other record types Custom Fields isn't showing for, ie Candidate

Changes to the section layout will only affect the logged in user.  If multiple users are affected, each user will need to reset the layout.
