Problem
When Some newer operating systems have improved their security protection and customers, who are using older v9 systems, may be affected when they download a version upgrade or update from FastTrack's Client Portal. When a file is downloaded from the Internet it may be blocked to help protect your computer. This can affect FastTrack upgrades downloaded from the Client Portal.
Solution
Once the package has been downloaded from the Client Portal follow the below steps to Unblock.
- Right click downloaded file, then Properties
- Tick Unblock then OK
- Continue to Unzip the package as normal
