When a new or updated Candidate Resume is added to the system, currently a parsing tool is used to extract data including personal and contact information, skills, work and education history. The tool also extracts job data including title, location, salary details, contact information, required qualifications and skills. FastTrack360 then uses this parsed information to create/update relevant information in the Candidate Record.
