Step-by-step guide

  1. Log into FastTrack360
  2. Navigate to Maintenance > Security > User
  3.  Image Added
  4. Search for relevant User > open User record
  5. Click Edit
  6. Untick Image Added
  7. Under Login Details section, untick the Login Blocked tickbox tick box
  8. Click Save Changes
