Required when a user has attempted to login and exceed the number of attempts allowed. In this instance, the Administrator will need to unlock the account.

Step-by-step guide
- Log into FastTrack360
- Navigate to Maintenance > Security > User
- Image Added
- Search for relevant User > open User record
- Click Edit
- Untick Image Added
- Under Login Details section, untick the Login Blocked tickbox tick box
- Click Save Changes
