If a BroadBean Broadbean batch has failed you will need below are the steps to manually re-import the batch.
Step-by-step guide
Log into Skillsbase Recruitment Manager > Maintenance > Questionnaire Maintenance
Select Broadbean Integration Logs
Enter Date criteria of failed batch in the Imported Date From and Imported Date To fieldsĀ

The Imported Date To field needs to be extended out one day after the batch date you require. Eg, If the failed batch dateĀ is 30/01/2018 the Imported Date To needs to be 31/01/2018 |
4. Select the Search Broadbean Integration Logs Icon
5. Locate the batch that needs to be re-imported and select the re-import icon
