The table below lists and describes the FastTrack timesheet fields that can be mapped to column headers in a timesheet import file. These field are available for selection in the Map To Field column on the Import Settings screen when creating a Timesheet Import batch. Adjustment Reason

Map to an Adjustment Reason where the timesheet to be imported is an Adjustment Timesheet (Adjustment Reason is mandatory for Adjustment Timesheets). This is used where the file contains different Adjustment Reasons for individual adjustment timesheets. If the Adjustment Timesheets all require the same reason, select the Create Timesheet Import Batch wizard Default Adjustment Reason and do not include this item in the import file.

Adjustment Reason Import Code

Map to an Adjustment Reason Import Code where the timesheet to be imported is an Adjustment Timesheet (Adjustment Reason is mandatory for Adjustment Timesheets). Specifies the Reimbursement Item where they are to be included with the timesheet import. Must include this item OR Reimbursement Import Code.

Note for the Date, the existing ‘Item Date’ mapping item is used.

Reimbursement Import Code

Specifies the Reimbursement Item where reimbursements are included with the timesheet import. Must include this item OR Reimbursement Item Name where a Reimbursement is to be imported in the timesheet.

Net

Specifies the Reimbursement Net value where reimbursements are included with the timesheet import. Must include this item where a Reimbursement is to be imported in the timesheet where Currency Code and Currency Value do not apply.

Tax

Specifies the Reimbursement Tax value where reimbursements are be included with the timesheet import. Must include this item where a Reimbursement is to be imported in the timesheet where Currency Code and Currency Value do not apply. Must be zero if not applicable.

Currency Code

Specifies the Currency required where Currency Conversion has been configured in the environment, and the Reimbursement Item value needs to include the Currency Code that it needs to be converted to in the payroll process. Where Currency is required, Currency Code and Currency Value are required. Net an Tax values are not required.

Currency Value

Specifies the Currency value where Currency Conversion has been configured in the environment, and the Reimbursement Item value needs to include the Currency Value that needs to be converted in the payroll process. Reimbursement Project Code

Specifies the Project Code where required for the reimbursement item. Where the Project Code is mandatory on a timesheet, this value must be included with any reimbursements.

Note that for Reimbursement items, in the row the value for Pay Code Name (where mapped) is left blank, as the Reimbursement Item Name is used instead. The Quantity item (where mapped) is also left blank for rows containing Reimbursement items.
