At the top of the Attachments pane, click .
A dialog box opens, allowing you to navigate to the location where the file to be attached is located.

Using the dialog box, navigate to the folder containing the file to be attached, click on the relevant file and click Open.
The dialog box closes and the name of the attached file appears in the File Name column within the Attachments pane.

The attachment is saved.
Note that you can save any file that is attached to an agreement header to location on your computer or any file location accessible via your network. To do this, click next to the relevant attachment and use the dialog box that opens to select the location where the attachment
is to be saved and specify a filename under which the attachment is to be saved.
You can delete an attachment that is attached to the agreement header by clicking next to the relevant attachmentclick here.
