To search for an existing agreement, follow the procedure below.

How to Search for an Agreement

If not already open, open the Pay Agreements screen by

clicking Pay Agreements in the top left-hand corner of the Rates and Rules screen

navigating to Rates & Rules > Pay Agreements.

The Pay Agreements screen opens, listing all existing agreements belonging to the country to which you are assigned.

In the search criteria fields, type or select as much information as possible about the agreement(s) you want to find.

Start Date
Date on which the pay agreement becomes valid. To search for agreements according to the date on which they become valid, click and use the calendar control to select the
relevant date.
End Date
Date after which the agreement expires. To search for agreements according to the date on which they expire, click
and use the calendar control to select the relevant date.
Agreement Name
Name of the agreement. To find an agreement by name, type the relevant agreement name in this field

Agreement Name

Name of the agreement. To find an agreement by name, type the relevant agreement name in this field.

Status

Status of the agreement. This defaults to Any, thereby allowing you to search for agreements that are in the Released or Pending statuses. To search for only those pay agreements that have been released, select the Released option. To search for only those agreements that have been created but are yet to be released, select the Pending option.

Hierarchy Level

Agreement hierarchy level to which an agreement is assigned. To search for agreements assigned to a specific level of the agreement hierarchy, select the relevant hierarchy level in this field.

Hierarchy Value

Agreement hierarchy value to which an agreement is assigned at the agreement hierarchy level, as selected in the Hierarchy Level field.
Note that this field is enabled only if an option is selected in the Hierarchy Level field.

Hierarchy Group

Where Hierarchy Group has been configured in Maintenance > Hierarchy > Country > Hierarchy Group and Rates & Rules > Maintenance > Hierarchy, use this field to search agreements by a Hierarchy Group.

Filter Attendances Available for Selection on Timesheet

Determines if the agreement has been configured to restrict the attendance types that are available on timesheets based on the attendance types for which a pay code rule shift type conditions are defined within the agreement. The following options can be selected:

Any - this option is selected by default and lists agreements irrespective of whether they are configured to filter the attendance types that can be selected on timesheets.

Yes - lists only those agreements that are configured to filter the attendance types that can be selected on timesheets.

No - lists only those agreements that are not configured to filter the attendance types that can be selected on timesheets.

This field is available for pay agreements only.

Country

Country to which the agreement belongs for the purposes of system maintenance. To search for agreements belonging to a specific county, select the relevant country in this field.

Status
Status of the agreement. This defaults to Any Status, thereby allowing you to search for agreements that are in the Released or Pending statuses. To search for only those pay agreements that have been released, select the Released option. To search for only those agreements that have been created but are yet to be released, select the Pending option.
Locked
Locked status of the agreement. By default, an agreement will be returned by a search regardless of whether it has been locked to prevent front office staff altering rates via Recruitment Manager. To search for only those agreements that have been flagged as locked, click on this field until a tick is displayed. To search for only those agreements that have not been flagged as locked, click on this field until no tick and no shading is displayed

Validity (From)

Date on which the pay agreement becomes valid. To search for agreements according to the date on which they become valid, click and use the calendar control to select the relevant date.

Validity (To)

Date after which the agreement expires. To search for agreements according to the date on which they expire, click the calendar button and use the calendar control to select the relevant date.

Valid Today

If ticked, only those agreements that have a validity date range that intersects with the current date will be listed. This allows you to narrow down the agreements that are returned by the search to just those that are currently valid.

Compare Results

Determines if the agreement has been configured to compare the results of pay code rules and to therefore pay based on the results of the comparison.

Determines if the agreement has been configured to pay based on the highest or lowest pay outcome of a pay code rule comparison. This field is available only if the Compare Results field is
