An existing super fund that is not required can be deleted as long as it is not linked to an agreement and has not been used in a pay batch. To delete an existing super fund, follow the procedure below.

How to Delete an Existing Super Fund

Go the Portal > Pay

Navigate to Payroll > Maintenance > Superannuation >

Funds > Superannuation

Maintenance screen

Click .

, search for the super fund that you need to delete.

The existing super funds that match your search criteria are listed on the Super Funds Maintenance screen.

In the list of existing super funds, click the delete button next to the super fund to be deleted.

The record is highlighted to indicate that it is selected.

A message opens, prompting you to confirm deleting the super fund.

To continue deleting the super fund, click

Click Delete.

The confirmation message closes and the selected super fund is deleted.
