Front Office
To open view or save a document:
1 | Navigate to the Document Management section and click on |
Download next to the document required |

from the list. If the attachment is a MS Office item, click on the PDF icon to open in PDF view in a new browser window. |

2 | If you have selected Download, select Open or click on the download icon. The relevant application opens and displays the document. For example if the document is a Microsoft Word document, it will open in Microsoft Word |

Select Save.
The document is automatically saved to your PC's Document folder in the C Drive.
Click on the arrow next to 'Save', and select 'Save As' to save the file to your preferred file location.

4. | Click on Downloads. Downloaded documents display in the right hand pane. | |
5. | Copy or move the document to the location required on your PC. The file is stored in your preferred location. |
Back Office
1 | Navigate to the Attachment Tab and click on the View icon next to the document required. The browser’s download icon is displayed, this will vary depending on the browser you are using. | |
