Job Templates allows you to create Job Templates for Temporary or Contract Job Orders.
Job Templates can be applied to a Job Order to automatically populate information required for commonly used Job requirements. This feature will save time when creating jobs and can also minimise the risk of incorrect elements being applied to a Job Order, for example where an applicable Agreement Rate needs to be assigned to meet Award requirements.
Rates assigned to a Job Template, where updated one the Job Template, will propagate to any Jobs with rates linked to the Job Template. Where rates are edited at the Job Order, the rates are no longer linked to the Job Template and will need to be updated within the Job Order.
Providing you have security permission to Add Job Templates, you can create a Job Template from the following areas within Recruitment Manager:
Master Job Template Screen
From the left hand menu, select Recruitment Manager > Job Order Jobs > Job Template to view a 'Template Master' page. From this list, users will be able to manage templates at the Office, Brand, Country levels (Global Job Template permission) and Parent, Client, Cost Centre (Parent, Client, Cost Centre Job Template permission items).

From the Job Template screen, click on the hierarchy or entity item required, then use Right Mouse Click and select Add Job Template.

By selecting the 'Add' action from an entity (Parent, Client or Cost Centre record) 'Job Template' list.

Steps to Add create a Job template:
1 | From the Master Job Template screen, select the relevant hierarchy, or entity. |
Right Mouse click and select Add Job Template The Create Job Template screen is displayed. |
2 | From the Parent, Client or Cost Centre screen, navigate to the Job Template list and select Add. A lookup screen is displayed. Use the Search action to find and select the required entity. The Create Job Template screen is displayed. Note: The 'Active' flag is ticked by default, if you are not ready for the template to be available for selection, un-tick this item. |
3 | Complete the mandatory fields and select Save. The Job Template is created, with all relevant sections displayed to be populated as required. |
4 | Add in additional items required, for example Job Schedule, Referral Workflow, Skills. |
