Standard rate items can be added to an effective rate period if a timesheet with a week ending date that falls on or after the start date of the effective rate period has not already been approved.
To edit the Standard Rates on a job:
1 | Open the Job Order and navigate to the Rates section. |
2 | In 'List Rate Set Dates' date field, select the dates applicable to the rate set that needs to be edited. |
3 | Select Edit Rate Set. The rate set is displayed in edit mode. |
4 | Update the items required. If a new rate is required, select Add Item and repeat steps 4 and 5 described in Add Standard Rates. |
5 | When all changes have been completed, select Save. The changes will are applied. To view rates by rate set dates, in the 'List Rate Set Dates' field, select the required date to update the rate list. To view rates by valid date, in the 'View Rates Valid on' field, select the date required to update the rate list. |
