A Job Template can be edited from the Master Template List, or where Parent, Client, Cost Centre, from the entity's Job Template list. To edit a Job Template:

Navigate to the Master Template list by selecting Recruitment Manager > Job Order > Job Template. All Job Templates can be edited from this screen.

The Master Template screen displays.

Locate the template from the Hierarchy list of the left hand panel screen, or use the Search tool located above the right hand panel.

The Job Template displays in the right hand panel list.

In the right hand panel, next to the template you wish to edit, click on the Action d rop down menu and select Edit.

The Job Template screen is displayed.

Where the Job Template is Parent, Client, Cost Centre, you can edit these items also by opening the relevant record, and navigating to the Job Template list.

Next to the template you wish to edit, click on the Action drop down menu and select Edit.

The Job Template screen is displayed.

Make the changes required to the template and select Save.

The Job Template changes are saved.

Note: If the Job Template has an Agreement assigned, and the rates are edited from the Job Template, a new Rate Set will be created. The new Rate Set will be assigned to any linked Job Orders.

The Agreement will continue to inform the first rate set for the validity period, however the new rate set will be informed by the Job Template, therefore the new rate set is broken from the Agreement in the middle office.
