Description
Currently within a Job Order, when you open a job where rates have been assigned, the complete list of rates (pay codes) is loaded. Where there is a large number of rates, the time it takes to load the job order screen can be impacted.

See Configuration below for details.
Benefits
This enhancement provides an Agency with the ability to determine the load of the rate list (pay codes) on open of a job. Agencies that utilise agreements with large numbers of pay codes, will find the ability to influence the load of rates will (where set to limited or minimised) reduce the time it takes to open a job order.
Configuration
To change the way the rate lists loads in job orders, open Maintenance > General items > General Settings and navigate to 'Default Job Rate List Load' (shown below).
...
Minimised - this setting will minimise the pay code list on open of a job order. The header items within the Rates Section will still display, so in the case of Agreement Rates, users with permission will still be able to Change Agreements.

Where 'Expanded (Limited)' or 'Minimised' is selected, in the Job's Rates Section header, a new action View Rates displays to show the user that the full list of rates is not shown. This action is selected to fully expand the list. |
In the below example the 'Expanded (Limited)' option has been selected to display the first 5 rates. Note: the View Rates action is displayed, and will only appear where some or all rates are not showing in the list.
