To enable a FastTrack user to utilise the advertising functionality in FastTrack, they need to be set up as a Broadbean user. The Broadbean username is configured by Broadbean. The below explains the 2 step process involved in applying that Broadbean username to the FastTrack user record.

1. Login to FastTrack360
2. Go to Maintenance > User
3. Locate and open relevant user record > click Edit
4. Navigate to Agency Other Details section
5. Enter Broadbean username in Job Board Username field

6. Tab off field and navigate back to top of record > click Save Changes

PART TWO - Update Broadbean Password

1. Go to Maintenance > Job Advertising
2. Click Update Broadbean Passwords button
