Before installing Outlook Extensions 2.03, any previous versions of Outlook Extensions need to be uninstalled. We recommend you check to see if Outlook Extensions is installed on the computer prior to installing the new version.

- Scroll down the list of programs until you find FastTrack Outlook Extensions - if it's not listed go to Install Outlook Extensions 2.03
- Click on FastTrack Outlook Extensions and check the version number:
- 1.00.0000 is an older version that needs to be uninstalled – go to Uninstall Outlook Extensions
- 2.0003.0000 Outlook Extensions 2.0 3 is already installed. Close Add or Remove Programs and complete the Add-in Setup in Outlook
