Searching and Viewing Questionnaire Logs

Questionnaire logs are available via Maintenance > Questionnaire, Questionnaire Logs. To open the Questionnaire Logs screen, click the Questionnaire Logs tile within the Questionnaire Section.

Searching Questionnaire Logs

By default, there are no questionnaire logs listed in the screen until you perform a search for the questionnaire logs you want to view. You can search for the relevant questionnaire logs via the fields in the Search section at the top of the Questionnaire Logs screen.

Import Batch ID

Unique batch import ID number. If you want to list one questionnaire log for a specific import batch and you know the import batch ID, type the ID number in this field.

Imported Date From

Earliest batch import date. If you specify a date in this field, only those questionnaire logs corresponding to import batches imported after on the specified date or later will be listed. To specify a date, click in the date field and use the calendar control to select the relevant date.

Imported Date To

Latest batch import date. If you specify a date in this field, only those questionnaire logs corresponding to import batches imported up until the specified date will be listed. To specify a date, click in the date field and use the calendar control to select the relevant date.

Show Errors

When ticked, the list of questionnaire logs will include logs for import batches imported with one or more errors. This option is ticked by default. To list questionnaire logs for import batches that imported without errors only, click this field to clear the tick.

Show Warnings

When ticked, the list of questionnaire logs will include logs for import batches imported with one or more warnings. This option is ticked by default. To list questionnaire logs for import batches that imported without warning only, click this field to clear the tick.

Show Information

When ticked, the list of questionnaire logs will include those logs that include information generated when the corresponding import batches were imported. This option is ticked by default. To list questionnaire logs that do not contain any information only, click this field to clear the tick.

To search for questionnaire logs, type or select the relevant information in the fields in the Filter section of the Questionnaire Logs screen and click Search. Alternatively, to list all existing questionnaire logs, just click Search without changing the default options or typing or selecting any information. The questionnaire logs will be listed in the Questionnaire Logs screen.

Viewing Questionnaire Logs

Once you click Search in the Questionnaire Logs screen, the screen lists the existing questionnaire logs that match the search criteria you specified or, if you did not specify any search criteria, all existing questionnaire logs are listed.

Batch ID

Displays an ID number uniquely identifying the import batch instance to which each questionnaire log corresponds.

Imported Date

Displays the date and time that the corresponding import batch was imported.

Completed Date

Displays the date and time the import of the corresponding import batch was completed.

Errors

Displays the number of errors encountered during the import of the corresponding import batch.

Warnings

Displays the number of warnings encountered during the import of the corresponding import batch.

Information

Displays the number of information items written to the questionnaire log during the import of the corresponding import batch.

Responses

Displays the number of candidates successfully imported into the system.
