An important change is occurring that will affect Single Touch Payroll (STP) reporting in FastTrack360. The change will require actioning by your business to ensure that your STP reporting capabilities are not disrupted.

What’s changing?

FastTrack360 will have a new Product ID, which means that existing STP reporting authentication that has been configured by your business, for each pay company that submits STP reports from FastTrack360, will cease to be valid.

Why is this changing?

Because FastTrack360 is now owned by Access Group, the ATO require STP reporting authentication to be aligned to the Access Group ABN and a new Product ID.

What needs to be actioned?

Commencing from 24/02/2025, our Customer Support team will be contacting your business to provide with new a new Software Service ID (SSID) for each unique pay company ABN for which your business currently submits STP reports from FastTrack360.

Once your business has been provided with new SSIDs, an authorised individual within your business must create new authorisations in the ATO’s Access Manager portal to link the ABN of each of your pay companies, which report STP from FastTrack360, to the Access Group’s ABN (40 071 007 326).

The authorised individual must be able to log into the ATO’s Access Manager portal and can configure authorisations on behalf of your business. Note the following:

  • the individual must have a myID to be able to log into Access Manager

  • the individual must be the principal authority or an authorisation administrator for your business in the ATO’s Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM).

Information on how to use the ATO’s Access Manager to configure authorisations is available at the following link: http://www.ato.gov.au/cloudsoftwareaanda

When does this need to be actioned?

To ensure that your ability to submit STP reports is not affected, this must be actioned before 28th March, 2025. After that date, any existing authorisations that are linked to FastTrack’s old ABN (29 061 703 697) will cease to be valid.

Your STP service will be affected if you do not action this prior to 28/03/2025.
