How to Find Existing GST Rates

You can find existing GST rates via the existing Portal > Pay > Maintenance > GST > GST Rates Maintenance screen. Once you find an existing GST rate, you can do the following:
open the record for viewing or editing in the GST Rate screen
delete the record if it has not been used in a pay batch and is not required.
To find an existing GST rate, follow the procedure below.

How to Find an Existing GST Rate
1.	Go to Portal > Pay > Maintenance > GST > GST Rates Maintenance. The GST Rates Maintenance screen opens.
2.	In the search fields at the top of the screen, select or key in as much information about the GST rate(s) you want to find. For example, if you want to find a GST rate that becomes effective on a certain date, click next to the Validity Start Date field and select the relevant start date. Alternatively, skip this step if you want to list all existing GST rates.
3.	Click Search GST Rates . The GST rates that match your search criteria are listed on the screen.

You can open any GST rate that is listed on the GST Rate Maintenance screen after you perform a search by double-clicking on the relevant GST rate in the list. The GST rate will open in the GST Rate screen, where you can view or edit the GST rate if necessary.
