Maintenance\Bill Code

The following UI changes have been applied to this screen;

  • The selection of tax is no longer a list but a multi-select drop down.

  • The selection of pay codes related to this bill code is no longer a list but a multi-select drop down. Where you select more than the 5 items the list will not show the pay codes names but the number of Pay Codes selected i.e. 6 Items Selected. The user can select the drop to see all items selected.

Maintenance\Oncost

The following UI changes have been applied to this screen;

  • Pay and Bill oncosts are now represented within a single screen where the are distinguished by type.

  • The oncost details are now represented within a single screen where the user can see all details relevant to the oncost. This saves on unnecessary clicking.

Pay Agreements

The following UI changes have been applied to this screen;

  • The layout has changed so the Header, primary interpretation, Secondary Interpretation are all viewable within a single screen as sub sections. This provides a better user experience with less clicking.

  • Primary Interpretation – On adding a rule for Time, Hour rounding, Midnight Boundary or Unpaid Break the add rule is on a pop out screen.

  • Secondary Interpretation – Pay Code Rules – The list of time rules, manual rule, general and counter rules are displayed. To open the new UI will display the rule in a separate pop out screen.

  • Secondary Interpretation – Pay Code Rules – Pay Code Rule Entry - The actions format has been changed slightly.

  • Secondary Interpretation – Pay Code Rules – Pay Rate Rule Entry - The actions format has been changed slightly. This provides a better user experience as the rule exposes the validity start date, pay code name and hierarchy level.

  • The layout has changed on the Update Agreement Rates stage where the rate rules to be update by agreement are listed in a clearer structure.
