The Generate button in the pension generation step is pressed

Batch Status is Queued.

Windows Service picks up all batches that are queued to then contact the provider.

When the Windows Service contacts the provider, the credentials are checked.

If verified, the batch is submitted.

If not verified, the API username and password should be checked and updated.

Pension providers do not always return an instance response and can take up to 24 hours to confirm if data sent is valid. The pension provider may provide a date and time back to the software of when to next check for an update. FastTrack360 will monitor this.

Pension provider then verifies the data.

If data is valid, the batch status is set to Completed.

If data is invalid, error messages will be provided and needs to be resolved. The user will then re-submit the batch and the updated records will be re-sent. This process will continue until all rows have been submitted successfully.
