Usability Improvements

Description

Changes have been made to the searching functionality in Interpreter > Interpreter Review as follows:

• The Interpreter Details tab has been renamed Primary to identify that the tab includes the primary criteria used to search for interpreted timesheets.

• The Timesheet tab has been renamed Secondary to identify the that the tab includes the secondary criteria used to search for interpreted timesheets. This tab also includes a new Timesheet Code search field that allows searching for timesheets based on the identifier code that the corresponding client uses to reference the timesheet, as defined in the timesheet header.

• The Timesheet Details tab has been renamed Transaction Details to identify that the tab can be used to view the timesheet transaction details.

In addition to the changes listed above, a new tab labelled Pay/Bill has been added and the Pay Batch and Invoice Batch field groupings, which were previously on the Timesheet tab, have been moved onto this new tab, as shown in the example below.

New fields have been added to the Interpreter > Interpreter Review > Transaction Details > Interpreted Timesheet Details screen.

The following fields have been added to the header of the screen:

Timesheet ID - displays ID that uniquely identifies the timesheet in FastTrack360.

Timesheet Code - displays the identifier code that the corresponding client uses to reference the timesheet.

These fields are highlighted in the example below.

The following new fields have been added to the Payee tab of the Interpreter > Interpreter Review > Transaction Details > Interpreted Timesheet Details screen:

Payment Terms Name - displays the name of the payment terms that are applicable to the payee's timesheets, if applicable. If a payee’s timesheets are subject to payment terms payment of the timesheets is deferred until the payment terms due date, as defined by the applicable payment terms. Payment Terms Due Date - displays the date on which the payee’s timesheet is due to be paid, if the timesheet is subject to payment terms. For more information, see Contractor Payment Terms.

Benefits

This enhancement improves the usability of the Interpreter Review module by providing additional search parameters that help locate specific timesheets and by providing better logical grouping of search parameters.
