How to Open a Bill Agreement

To open an existing bill agreement for viewing or editing, follow the procedure below.

1.

If not already open, open the Pay Agreements screen by clicking Rates & Rules > Bill Agreements.

The Bill Agreements screen opens.

Use the columns of information displayed within the screen to identify the bill agreement to be opened or search for the relevant agreement.

3.

In the grid within the screen where the existing agreements are listed, click on the view / edit button next to the agreement you want to open.

The agreement opens in the Edit Bill Agreement screen.

Note that you can close the Edit Bill Agreement screen once it is open by clicking Cancel in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
