Apply a Job Template to a Job Order

To apply a Job Template to a Job Order:

Open or create a Job Order. See Add a Job Order for details.

Enter in the Start Date and End Date

Select the T template action

The Select Job Template screen is displayed.

Click on the required Job Template from the hierarchy list in the left hand panel.

The Job Template details display in the right hand panel of the screen. Scroll across to ensure the Job Template is the correct one for your job.

Note: The lowest hierarchy is displayed first, for example where the Client has Job Templates, these items display at the top of the list.

In the right hand panel, click on the Job Template.

The Job Template is assigned to the Job, including all elements of the Job Template, Job Schedule, Skills, Rates etc.

Note: Once a Job Template has been assigned, it change be changed, however once the job is Filled or Submitted to Timesheet, the Job Template cannot be changed.
