Copy a Job Template
The Copy action available to Job Templates, is a great time saving feature. For example where you wish to create several Job Templates for a particular Client that will be very similar ie; Level 1 Forklift Driver, Level 2 Forklift Driver etc - the only items that need to change may be some skills and perhaps the Agreement.
To Copy a Job Template:
1 | Navigate to the Master Template list by selecting Recruitment Manager > Job Order > Job Template. All Job Templates can be edited from this screen. Locate the template from the Hierarchy list of the left hand panel screen, or use the Search tool located above the right hand panel. In the right hand panel, next to the template you wish to edit, click on the Action d rop down menu and select Copy. The Copy Job Template screen is displayed. | |
2 | Where the Job Template is Parent, Client, Cost Centre, you can edit these items also by opening the relevant record, and navigating to the Job Template list. The Copy Job Template screen is displayed. | |
3 | Name the new Job Template and select the elements that you wish to copy into the new Job Template record. Note: You can copy across items, for example copy from Client to Client, Country to Client, Client to Cost Centre if required. Where this occurs some elements from the original template may not be able to be copied. For example where copying from a Client to Country, the Rates section is not applicable. | |
4 | Click on Create. A new Job Template screen is displayed, with the elements flagged to be copied from the original Job Template. Where Pay Bill Details are flagged to be copied, a Wage Cost screen displays for you to select the Wage Costs required. Where Rates are flagged to be copied, a Rates screen is displayed for you to validate that the rates are correct for the new template. Where rates are not correct you will need to change these in the new Job Template. |
