Update an Attached Document

To update an attached document, follow the steps described in To open or save a document to open the document.

Make the changes required and save the document to your PC.

To attach your updated document, follow the steps described in To attach a document. If the original is no longer required, you will need to delete this item from the list.

An option is available in Recruitment Manager to replace a document:

Navigate to the Document Management section and select Action. next to the document you wish to replace, then click Replace.

The Windows ‘Choose File to Upload’ workflow is displayed.

Locate the document and select Open to attach.

Where a file size cap has been applied in the maintenance settings, the system will warn where the attachment exceeds the file limit and you will not be able to upload the file.

The replaced item is displayed in the Document Management list and the Attached Date / Time is updated.
