Attach a Document

Front Office

To attach a document:

Navigate to the Document Management section and select Add.

The Select Folder workflow is displayed.

In the Candidate Record, tick 'Display in Portal' for the attachment to be visible to the Candidate via their portal. Select 'Lock Attachment' if you do not want the Candidate to be able to edit the document via the portal.

Choose the folder the document will be located in. Select Add Files.

The Windows 'Choose File to Upload' workflow is displayed.

Locate the document and select Open to attach.

Where a file size cap has been applied in the maintenance settings, the system will warn where the attachment exceeds the file limit and you will not be able to upload the file.

The attached item is displayed in the Document Management list.



Back Office

To attach a document:

Navigate to the Attachment Tab Add.

The Windows 'Choose File to Upload' workflow is displayed.

Locate the document and select Open to attach.

Where a file size cap has been applied in the maintenance settings, the system will warn where the attachment exceeds the file limit and you will not be able to upload the file.

The attached item is displayed in the Attachment list.
