If an STP submission fails due to a technical error or remains stuck with a submission status of Queued, it might be due to an outage of the FastTrack cloud services or the ATO STP service.

Outages of the FastTrack cloud services affect STP submission only if your FastTrack360 system is cloud-hosted and such outages do not affect STP submission from FastTrack360 systems that are self-hosted (on premise).

Whenever there is an outage of the FastTrack cloud services, an automated email notification is sent to your FastTrack Administrator (FTA), a notification is displayed in the Agency Portal dashboard and the FastTrack Service Status page is updated to indicate which services are affected.

You can view the FastTrack Service Status page at https://fasttrack.statuspage.io/  From the FastTrack Service Status page you can view the status of the ATO STP service under Services, as highlighted in the example below.

The status of the ATO – STP service on the FastTrack Service Status page is updated when FastTrack is notified of an outage or of the restoration of the service. The ATO provide a web page that shows the real-time availability of all of its online services. This is available at: SBR2 Status (ato.gov.au)

To check the status of the STP service from this page, click on ATO SBR2 Cloud and check the status of PAYEVNT.0003, as highlighted in the example below.
