Prior to clearing your cache, make sure there is only one browser window open and you are logged out of FastTrack 360.
To clear the browser cache in Google Chrome:

2 | Click on the locked security icon next to the URL in the header of the open browser tab. A pop up menu displays. | |
3 | Click on Site Settings. A new browser tab opens. | |
4 | Click on Clear data. The Clear browsing data pop up displays. | |
5 | Click on Clear. The browsing data is cleared. | |
6 | Close the Settings browser tab. The browser tab is closed. |
