Prior to clearing your cache, make sure there is only one browser window open and you are logged out of FastTrack 360.

To clear the browser cache in Google Chrome:

Prior to clearing your cache, make sure there is only one browser window open and you are logged out of FastTrack 360.

Click on the locked security icon next to the URL in the header of the open browser tab.

Click on Site Settings. More tools

Click on Clear data.

The A new Settings tab opens within the web browser winder and a Clear browsing data pop up displays.

Click on Clear.

Make sure that:

  • Time Range is set to All time

  • Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are ticked.

Click Clear Data.

Your web browser cache is cleared.

Close the Settings browser tab.

The browser tab is closed.

You will need to log back into FastTrack360 after you have cleared the cache.
