FastTrack360 supports gross-to-net payroll for Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom and also gross payroll for other countries.

If your business pays payees in multiple countries you may have access to payroll for multiple countries. The first time Whenever you navigate to the Payroll module, after logging into FastTrack360 you will be logged into the payroll module that corresponds to the default country that is defined in your user profile. If you have access to payroll for other countries you can switch to another country by clicking on the payroll country nameor after working in a different module, FastTrack360 automatically loads the Payroll module for your default payroll country. For example, if your default payroll country is Australia, the Payroll Australia module is loaded by default.

You default payroll country is defined in your User Profile and you can change it to suit your preferences (for more information, see Setting Your Default Payroll Country below).

If you process payroll for multiple countries, whenever you need to access the Payroll module for a payroll country other than the default you need to switch to the relevant payroll country by selecting the name of the country from the Country menu, which is displayed in the top right-hand corner of the screen when you are in the Payroll module. Clicking on the payroll country name displays a menu of other payroll countries that you can access.For example, the screenshot below shows an example where the logged in user’s default country is Australia but the user also has access to payroll for the countries of India, New Zealand and United Kingdom, as shown in the example below.

To switch to another payroll country, click on the relevant country name in the dropdown. This will reload the main menu in the left-hand pane of the screen. You can then navigate to the Payroll module in the main menu, which will load menu options relevant to the payroll country you have chosen to switch to.

Setting Your Default Payroll Country

If you process payroll for different countries you can set what you want your default payroll country to suit your preferences. For example, if you process payroll for Australia and New Zealand but you spend the bulk of your time processing payroll for Australia, you may prefer to set your default payroll country to be Australia.

Your default payroll country is set in your User Profile and is initially set be the country of your agency office. However, you can change this at any time to suit your preferences. To do so, follow the procedure below.

How to Set Your Payroll Country

Click on the User icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

In the dropdown menu, select Profile.

The User Profile dialog box opens.

In the Payroll Country field under the Default Search Options field grouping, select the country that is to be your new default payroll country and then click Save.

The User Profile dialog box closes and a confirmation message opens.

On the confirmation message, click OK.

The confirmation message closes and your default payroll country is applied.
